By creating an account or using Speakz ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

To access most features of Speakz, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

Speakz grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own learning purposes. You may:

• Access learning materials, exercises, and quizzes for personal educational use.
• Track your learning progress and view your statistics.
• Install Speakz as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on your device.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without express written permission.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content from the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user or Speakz staff.

Speakz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Any data stored locally on your device will be permanently preserved.
• Learning outcomes or language proficiency improvements are guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speakz and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months (if any).

As Speakz evolves, we may introduce new features, integrate advanced technologies (such as AI-powered learning tools and cloud data synchronization), or update our technical infrastructure.

When we make significant changes to how we collect, use, or store your data, we will update this Privacy Policy and, if necessary, notify you via email or through a notice within the app.

Speakz does not guarantee, warrant, or promise that you will achieve any specific learning outcomes, fluency levels, or educational results by using the Service. The learning materials and quizzes are provided for general educational purposes only.

The Service may contain errors, bugs, inaccuracies, or interruptions. We disclaim all liability for any mistakes, technical errors, typos, or omissions in the content.

We assume no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the operation of the Service. Your use of Speakz is entirely at your own risk.

By logging into, accessing, or using Speakz, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to these terms. It is your sole responsibility to review these rules and policies.

By continuing to use the Service, you are deemed to have fully accepted and confirmed all current and future rules.

If you do not agree with these terms, your only recourse is to delete your account, clear your data, and discontinue your use of the Service immediately.
